被叫位置區(qū)更新完不釋放，直接收SETUP消息，振鈴后自動路測設(shè)備不接聽
在使用鼎利自動路測設(shè)備測試中，被叫在跨LAC或者從G網(wǎng)重選回TD，位置區(qū)更新完沒有進(jìn)行釋放，而是直接收到SETUP、RAB建立、振鈴，測試設(shè)備振鈴后不進(jìn)行接聽。
這種情況在LAC邊界出現(xiàn)非常頻繁，有人見過這種情況嗎？這是核心網(wǎng)開的什么功能嗎？

有一種情況阿，i你查查location updating里面有沒有一項Follow on proceed��？
如果有就是msc有意要保留rrc or rr連接，為后續(xù)的mm操作做鋪墊（不需要重建AS層連接了），就是這個：
If the network wishes to prolong the RR connection to allow the mobile station to initiate MM connection establishment (for example if the mobile station has indicated in the LOCATION UPDATING REQUEST that it has a follow-on request pending) the network shall send "follow on proceed" in the LOCATION UPDATING ACCEPT and start timer T3255.

你好，我看了下，位置區(qū)更新后不釋放和釋放的信令中都帶有 No Follow-on request pending,意思是沒有后續(xù)業(yè)務(wù)要進(jìn)行，但是為什么后續(xù)沒有釋放而是直接進(jìn)行了被叫呼叫呢？
