Description
This alarm indicates that at least half, but not all of the equipped NS-VCs for the PCU
have gone out of service. The alarm stays active until all the equipped NS-VCs for the
PCU fail. If all the NS-VCs fail, the alarm is cleared.

Possible cause(s)
This alarm is typically due to frame relay network problems.
Procedure
Investigate the frame relay connections. This alarm is cleared immediately on receiving a
clear indication. The alarm is also cleared if the last NS-VC has failed.
